Our hog roasts are the ideal solution for an alfresco wedding party. Choose from a range of options from whole spit roasted pigs, cooked in front of your guests, and seasoned to perfection to give the most sumptuous crackling; to whole spit roasted spring lamb, whole spit roasted sirloin of beef or spit roasted turkey or chicken. And, although we do specialise in our hog roasts, vegetarians aren’t forgotten either, as we always offer a vegetarian option.
All our delicious food is served buffet style, accompanied by tasty stuffings, sauces, fresh seasonal salads and vegetables, and is presented on beautifully dressed serving tables, complete with Royal Doulton crockery and high quality disposable napkins. The dishes are prepared on site by our specialist hog roast chef, and we can also provide antipasti and desserts for the complete wedding catering package.
